Hey Buddy,

Take a deep breath, relax and get back in the game. In racing there will always be obstacles to overcome and the difference between a champion and the others is a champion looks forward to such obstacles. Some things we have no control over so do not concern yourself with them like the time cards. Get you mind back in the race and find yourself behind the wheel and drive the damn car. (Crew chief speaking ;) ) As for the elbow, get some ice on it and then a hot shower as hot as you can get it. Then take it as easy on it as possible under the circumstances. It's times like these you have to take a gut check and pull something out from deep within. I know you can do it because you're a winner.
