Coverage from abroad..
There is an article about me in the Lotus Magazine. I have just been told about it and I wrote an email to LM. They’re sending me a copy ASAP and then I will share it here.
Life is fairly exciting. We went to Buttonwillow raceway yesterday. It was only a chilly 100 degrees. Steve performed well as usual pulling some consistent 2:06. I think there may have been a 2:04 in there somewhere.
I really wish there were more than 2-3 road rallies a year and no I’m not talking about bullrun/player’s run/gumball, I’m talking about actual racing. While I enjoyed Player’s Run and I hope to participate in it again but the difference between a rally and a rally.. oh see, there is the problem again! They have the same description even though they’re years apart. I think it’s time I got a second car and left it in Europe. They seem to have more over there. Traveling to Mexico is fun and all but it’s also limiting.
Why can’t I be in WRC already?

Rachel,
There is no reason at all why you shouldn’t get involved with WRC. One of my best friends Tamara Hull has won many WRC races including the Targa Newfondland. Check out the following site and look at the Lotus. Let me know the next time you’re up this way at Infineon and I will take you guys upstairs and introduce you to her. I’m sure she would love to meet you.

Hey Rachel,
I wrote the story for the Lotus Club International magazine. We met one evening and had a brief chat after the day’s racing was over - I recall all the cars were parked under a huge marquee-type structure, and I think it was at Queretaro. It was a cold evening and the day’s prizegiving was around the corner in a long marquee - we had to go in a cramped bus to get about 100 yards from the Fiesta Inn! Anyway, I heard from the editor that you’d contacted the mag so hopefully by now they’ll have sent you a copy. Let me know if not and I can chase it up.
I’m hoping to show up in Mexico again this year…
